Sun and Snow Pudding Recipe

250 grams fresh cream

500 grams pineapple

300 grams powdered sugar

5 tsp corn flour

4 drops edible food coloring

100 grams digestive biscuits

2 teaspoons powdered gelatin

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Step 1 Crush the biscuits and cut the pineapple into pieces

Crush the biscuits coarsely. Make sure the biscuits are not completely powdered. Strain the pineapple syrup and pour it into a vessel. Cut the pineapple pieces into small pieces.

Step 2 Mix Gelatin and Pineapple Syrup

Dissolve powdered gelatin and 3 tablespoons sugar in pineapple syrup. Take a pan and add milk into it. Boil the milk. Mix 5 teaspoons corn flour in 4 tablespoons cold milk.

Step 3 Heat the Custard

Stir the mixture and then add it to boiling milk. Add 3 tablespoons sugar and heat the custard on medium flame for a few minutes. Once it is ready, let it cool.

Step 4 Whip the Fresh Cream

Keep aside 50 grams of fresh cream for decoration. Whip the remaining fresh cream with the remaining sugar in a bowl set over ice cubes. Add lemon juice and two drops of lemon color.

Step 5 Serve chilled and enjoy!

Now add the custard, coarsely crushed biscuits, pineapple pieces and pineapple syrup together to the cream and pour it into the mold in which you want to keep it. Mix the ice cubes until it is reduced by half.
