Cheese Paratha: Method
- First of all, put wheat flour in a vessel and add a pinch of salt to it and mix while adding water little by little. After kneading the soft dough, cover it and keep it aside for some time.
- Put grated processed cheese in a big bowl and add red chilli, chaat masala, garam masala, green coriander and salt and prepare the stuffing by mixing it.
- Now take the dough and knead it once more and then make balls of equal proportion. After this, keep a nonstick pan on low flame to heat.
- Meanwhile, take a ball and roll it into a round. After rolling it a little, place the prepared cheese stuffing in the middle and seal it from all sides and make a round ball.
- After this, press it and roll the round paratha again. When the pan becomes hot, pour some oil on it and spread it all around.
- After this, add rolled paratha and fry on medium flame. After some time, apply oil on the edges of the paratha and turn it.
- Apply oil on the paratha and fry it repeatedly until the cheese paratha becomes crispy and turns golden brown from both the sides.
- After this, take out the paratha in a plate. Similarly, make all the parathas one by one. It can be served with chutney or sauce.
