Coconut Rava Laddu Recipe

1 1/2 cups grated coconut
1 pinch ground black cardamom
2 tbsp raisins
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup semolina
Step 1 Dry roast the semolina
To make this delicious laddu recipe, pour condensed milk in a heavy-bottomed pan and heat it on medium flame. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, dry roast the rava on low flame until it turns light golden brown.
Step 2 Add coconut and cook the mixture well
Add 1 cup grated coconut, raisins and cardamom powder to the condensed milk and stir for a while. Then add the roasted rava to the milk mixture and let it cook until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan. Once done, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
