Ingredients to make Onion Paratha
Wheat flour- 2-3 cups
Onion- 2-3
Ginger-garlic paste- 2 teaspoons
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Celery- 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
Ghee- 4 spoons
Green chilli- 3-4
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Salt- as per taste
How to make onion paratha
Delicious Onion Paratha is a perfect recipe for breakfast. To make this, first cut the onion into thin and long pieces. After this, add celery, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, green coriander and all the other spices to the onion, mix well and cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Now sift wheat flour in a vessel and add 1 spoon ghee/oil in it and knead the dough by adding water little by little. After kneading the dough, make it into balls and first of all take one ball and roll it like a roti and then take out a little mixture from the prepared onion stuffing and place it in the middle of the roti and close it from all sides and roll it. It's a round again. Keep in mind that the paratha should not be too thin. While rolling, let it remain a little thick. Now heat a nonstick pan on medium flame. – After the pan is heated, pour some ghee on it and spread it all around, then keep the rolled paratha for baking. – After cooking for some time, turn the paratha and apply ghee on the upper surface. – After some time, turn the parantha again. Similarly, fry the parantha from both the sides till it becomes golden. Now take out the parantha in a plate. Following the same procedure, prepare all the onion parathas one by one. Delicious onion paratha is ready for breakfast. Now you can eat it with chutney, sauce or curd.
