Grated radish will release a lot of water because radish has high water content. Remove the water by pressing it well with your hands otherwise the paratha will not be cooked properly. Now put it in a separate vessel. Add green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, carom seeds and mix well. Now add salt in it. Stuffing ingredients for paratha are ready. If you want, you can also prepare the stuffing by roasting radish. This will also dry the water thoroughly.

Now make small balls of the dough. Make a round ball with your hands and put the prepared radish filling in the middle. Roll it out slowly and thoroughly and give it a round shape. Place the pan on the gas stove. When it gets heated well, add a rolled paratha and fry it. Turn both the sides and apply ghee or oil and cook till it turns golden brown. Similarly, roll out the parathas from all the balls and keep roasting them. For breakfast, you can enjoy hot radish paratha with red sauce, green chutney, curd, pickle.
