Special campaign launched by the administration against encroachment – ..


RS Pura, 18 November (His). To remove encroachment by shopkeepers in RS Pura town, a special anti-encroachment campaign was launched by the local administration on Monday in which shopkeepers were warned not to encourage encroachment otherwise legal action would be taken against them.

During this campaign run under the chairmanship of SDM RS Pura Seema Parihar, many administrative officers including SDPO RS Pura Nikhil Gogna, Tehsildar Chandrashekhar and police station in-charge were also present. Administrative officials visited Tehsil markets from Daljeet Chowk to Hanuman Chowk and beyond and gave necessary instructions to the shopkeepers. Let us tell you that traffic jams have become common in RS Pura main market due to which common people are facing a lot of problems in walking. Keeping this in mind, the administration instructed shopkeepers not to park their vehicles outside the shops and were asked to keep the goods inside the shops.

On this occasion, the SDM said that to deal with the traffic jam in the town, one-way vehicles will soon be allowed to enter the market. Along with this, he said that today the shopkeepers have been warned not to encourage encroachment and if the shopkeepers still do not agree, then action will be taken under the law and challans will be issued.
