According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Elon Musk, with a staggering net worth of $320 billion, is the world’s richest person. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos ranks second with a net worth of $235 billion. The $85 billion disparity highlights Musk’s rapid ascent as the dominant force among global billionaires.
Musk’s Wealth Surges Post Trump’s Election Victory
Elon Musk’s fortune has seen a remarkable boost following Donald Trump’s victory in the U.S. presidential election on November 5. The close relationship between Musk and Trump is well-known, and Tesla shares have surged since the election.
On November 4, Tesla’s stock was priced at $242.84. As of now, it has risen to $330.24, marking a 36% increase in just 10 days. Analysts predict further growth for Tesla shares, which could contribute to an even greater rise in Musk’s wealth.
Elon Musk has experienced a phenomenal rise in his net worth, adding $50 billion in just 19 days. During the same period, Jeff Bezos’ wealth increased by $26 billion, less than half of Musk’s gains.
