Chicken Noodle Stir Fry Recipe

200 grams chopped chicken breast

2 teaspoons refined oil

1 clove finely chopped garlic

2 teaspoons Thai sweet chili sauce

1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

200 grams Chinese noodles

1 small thinly sliced ​​onion

1 piece grated ginger

3 spoon fish sauce

3 tablespoons boiled, peeled peas

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to packet instructions (or cook in a pan of lightly salted water for 4 to 5 minutes). Stir once and filter well.

Step 2

Keep the cooked noodles aside and heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Sauté the onions for a minute or until soft!

Add ginger and garlic and cook for 20 seconds. Now, add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked!

Add peas, carrots, spring onions, mushrooms, capsicum, red chilli flakes, lettuce, chilli sauce, fish sauce, noodles and mix well.

Step 5

Fry for 2 to 3 minutes and then garnish with coriander leaves and peanuts. Stir again and serve hot.
