Air India Flight Stuck: Air India passengers have been stranded in Jaipur for nine hours, while many passengers have been stranded in Phuket for the last 80 hours. For this reason, many people have expressed anger against Air India on social media.
Pilot left after finishing duty in Jaipur
There were more than 180 passengers on board the Air India flight coming from Paris to Delhi. The pilot of this flight landed at Jaipur International Airport after completing his duty. He later abandoned the flight, leaving all passengers on board stranded at the airport for nine hours. Later all the passengers were sent to Delhi with the help of road transport.
Flight AI-2022 took off from Paris at 10 pm on Sunday night. Which was to reach Delhi at 10.35 am on Monday. However, the flight was delayed due to bad weather. Therefore, the pilot landed the flight at Jaipur airport at 12.10 pm and was waiting to get clearance for the flight from the air traffic control system. But signal was not received and his duty time was also over, so he left the flight.
Passengers stranded in Phuket for 80 hours
An Air India plane carrying more than 100 passengers from Phuket could not take off due to a technical glitch. Due to which passengers were stranded in Phuket for 80 hours. According to the passengers, the flight was scheduled to leave for Delhi on November 16, but due to a technical glitch, the passengers were made to wait at the airport by saying that it would be delayed by six hours. Later the flight took off, but landed again in Phuket within two and a half hours. The reason for doing so was said to be a technical fault.
Even on 17th November the flight could not take off. The airline sent some passengers to Delhi on another flight. But 40 passengers are still stranded in Phuket, for whom Air India has promised compensation.
