Actually, 'Mooli Ka Paratha' is made in its own style in almost every part of the country. But if you have prepared radish paratha in Punjabi style and eaten it once, then you will feel like eating it every time. Ingredients to make Punjabi Mooli Paratha
To make Tasty Mooli Paratha in Punjabi Style, the ingredients required are – Wheat flour (2 cups), grated radish (3/4 cup), finely chopped radish leaves (1/4 cup), Fresh low fat curd (3/4 cup), turmeric powder (half teaspoon), red chilli powder (as per taste), salt (as per taste), oil (1 teaspoon), finely chopped coriander leaves, refined oil or ghee (paratha to bake). Using these ingredients you can prepare about 15 radish parathas.
Radish Paratha Recipe
To make radish parathas, first prepare the flour dough. For this, add two pinches of salt in the flour. To prepare soft dough, add a little oil to the flour. Now mix curd in it and start kneading. If extra water is required, add lukewarm water, knead the dough into a soft dough and keep it aside. To enhance the taste, you can also add a little celery to the flour.
Now in the next step, prepare tasty stuffing for paratha. For this, mix grated radish and chopped radish leaves together. Add a little salt to them and leave it for 5 minutes. Now squeeze the radish water gently with your hands. After this, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, finely chopped coriander leaves and a little dry mango powder. Mix it well and in this way tasty stuffing will be ready.
Now to make Paratha, first make small balls of dough. Now roll it a little and fill the stuffing. After this, close it with light hands. Make paratha by rolling it gently with a rolling pin. Now roast it on a pan on medium flame till it turns light brown. In this way, tasty and crunchy Punjabi style radish paratha will be ready.
