Comedian Yash Rathi FIR: Nowadays the number of standup comedians is increasing in the country. Everyone stands on the stage, holds the mike and starts telling ant-shunt jokes. After their videos go viral, they consider themselves celebrities. One such person is Yash Rathi who calls himself a standup comedian. He was called for a stage show at IIT Bhilai in Durg district of Chhattisgarh. Instead of cracking jokes on stage, Yash crossed the limits of vulgarity. Yash's video has surfaced from college in which he is telling obscene jokes in front of students, teachers and parents. When no one was laughing at them, the management had to take action.

Teachers and parents embarrassed by lewd and obscene jokes
Yash Rathi was called for a stage show in IIT Bhilai. Thousands of students, teachers and parents of children participated in this function. The college stadium was packed with crowd. Here Yash Rathi made fun of the name by making jokes. Sometimes he mentioned masturbation and porn and sometimes commented on his girlfriend's breasts.

Parents closed their ears after listening to Yash's dirty jokes
This incident happened on 15th November when Yash Rathi had come to perform a show at the annual function of IIT Bhilai. This function was organized by the student council in which students, staff and parents of the students also participated. The clip of Rathi show is going viral on the internet. In this, sometimes he is telling the right way to masturbate and sometimes he is calling watching porn an art. Not only this, Yash also mentioned seeing his girlfriend's breasts on stage. Hearing these obscene jokes, the parents and teachers present at the function closed their ears. Someone from the management took immediate action against Yash and removed him from the stage. FIR has also been registered against the comedian.

Yash Rathi trapped after multiple FIR
Durg Superintendent of Police Jitendra Shukla said that an FIR was registered against comedian Yash Rathi at Jewra Sirsa police station on Monday under section 296 (obscene acts) of the Indian Justice Code. A case was registered after several complaints and investigation is underway. Organizations like Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), National Students Union of India (NSUI) and Karni Sena have filed complaints against the comedian.

IIT Bhilai Director Rajeev Prakash has issued a statement saying that he will never organize any stand-up comedy show in future. The college has expressed regret over this incident.
