UP by-election: SP MP Lalji Verma furious at UP Police, security withdrawn, said – voters are being intimidated by giving red slips

Ambedkarnagar. By-election is to be held on Katehari Assembly Seat in Ambedkarnagar District of UP on Wednesday, 20th November. Earlier, SP MP Lalji Verma has made a sensational allegation on Ambedkarnagar District Administration of intimidating the voters. In protest, the SP MP has withdrawn his security.

In a letter to the SP, he said that Muslim, Kurmi and Yadav voters are being intimidated by giving them red slips. This is dangerous for a healthy democracy. In the letter, accusing the SP of working in favor of BJP, he said that you had offered me an additional gunner, there is no need for it. I am also leaving my existing gunner.
