When the onion turns light pink, turn off the flame and add red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, celery, coriander leaves and salt as per taste and mix well.

Now the paratha mixture is ready. Now take the dough and knead it once more. After this, make balls of equal proportion of the dough. Take a nonstick pan or tawa and heat it on medium flame. While the pan is heating, take a ball and roll it into a small round.

After some time, turn the paratha and cook it on the other side by applying oil. Fry the paratha by turning it till it becomes golden and crisp from both the sides. After this, take out the paratha in the plate. Similarly, prepare parathas with all the stuffing. Serve the flavourful onion parathas hot with sauce or chutney.
