Stuffed Eggplant

Material

  • 4- 5 brinjals
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • half cup sattu powder
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • Half cup leftover pickle oil

method of making

  • To make stuffed brinjal, first wash the brinjal and cut it from the middle.
  • Now take out the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them.
  • Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and coriander powder and mix.
  • After this add ginger-garlic paste, sattu powder and pickle oil and mix.
  • Then put this mixture in the middle of the cut brinjal. Similarly, fill all the brinjals with this mixture.
  • Now heat a pan on gas. Then add brinjal to it and fry it well.
  • When the brinjal is roasted from both sides, take it out in a plate.
  • Stuffed brinjal is ready. You serve it with roti or rice and dal.
Stuffed Bitter Gourd

Material

  • 4-5 bitter gourd
  • half spoon garam masala
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • half teaspoon turmeric powder
  • half cup gram flour
  • salt as per taste
  • leftover pickle oil

method of making

  • To make stuffed bitter gourd, first peel the bitter gourd and wash it thoroughly.
  • Then add turmeric and salt to it and keep it for some time.
  • Wash it with water after some time.
  • Now add bitter gourd seeds, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic in a mixer and grind them.
  • After this heat the pan on gas. After this, add the remaining pickle oil in the pan.
  • Now add the ground paste to it and fry it well.
  • Then cool this mixture. Now fill all the bitter gourds with this mixture.
  • Then put the remaining pickle oil in the pan on the gas.
  • When the oil becomes hot, add all the bitter gourds and fry them.
  • When the bitter gourd is cooked well, turn off the gas.
  • Stuffed bitter gourd is ready. Serve stuffed bitter gourd with hot rice and dal.
