To prepare gum laddus in halwai style at home, the ingredients required are gum (1 cup), flour (1.5 cup), desi ghee (1 cup), sugar (as per taste), cashew nuts ( 50 grams), Almonds (50 grams), Pistachios (50 grams), Melon seeds (50 grams).

Gond Laddu Recipe
To prepare gum laddus at home, first take ghee in a pan and keep it on the gas to heat. When the ghee is well heated, add gum to it and fry on low flame until the color of the gum becomes light golden. Take it out in a separate vessel and keep it to cool. Now add some ghee in the same pan and fry the flour in it. To prevent the flour from burning while frying, keep the flame medium and keep stirring continuously. When the flour turns golden brown, take it out in another vessel. Now grind the roasted gum coarsely in a mixer and mix it in the flour. After this, add chopped dry fruits to it and mix well. You can use dry fruits raw as per your choice or you can fry them lightly in ghee. Now add powdered sugar to the mixture and mix. After this, add small amount of hot ghee in it and start tying the laddu. In this way, gum laddus will be prepared at home in halwai style.
