In such a situation, you should do some work daily to improve concentration and attention. These can be done at home, at work, on a walk, or whenever you have free time. 1) Meditate for five minutes
By meditating, a person learns to remain calm. Meditation techniques often involve controlling your breathing and contemplating thoughts. Try to sit in a quiet place to meditate. Set a timer for five minutes and focus on your breathing.
3) Try a counting game
Anyone can enjoy practicing focus based on counting. You can try this exercise anywhere. For this, try counting down from 100 to 1 in your mind. Then, try it again, but skip every three numbers. Once you can accomplish this more easily, try skipping every five numbers. By doing this you can also increase focus.
4) Be an active listener
When someone is talking to you, give all your attention to him. While doing this, do not bring any other thoughts in your mind. After the other person speaks, pause to understand his or her words and think about your response. Doing this will also help in increasing focus.
