1- Sieve corn flour and wheat flour in a big vessel.
2- Now add finely chopped coriander, carom seeds, salt and oil to the flour.
3- Mix dry flour well.
4- Now prepare a soft dough by kneading it with lukewarm water.
5- After binding the dough, keep kneading for 5 minutes.
6- Now cover the dough and keep it for 10 minutes, so that it sets well.
7- Now apply some ghee on your hands and take the dough as per the recipe for making roti.
8- Apply some flour on the dough and make it a little bigger with your fingers and palms.
9- You have to roll the roti thickly with light hand. Now pick up the roti, expand it a little with your hands, shake off the excess dry flour and put it on the pan.
10- Meanwhile, prepare the second roti also. Turn the roti lying on the pan after it gets lightly cooked.
