Here today, domestic indices Sensex and Nifty made a comeback in early trading on Friday, whereas in the previous session they had fallen sharply due to price buying at lower levels and rise in blue-chip bank shares.
Apart from this, buying by domestic institutional investors and strong trends in the US markets also promoted the improvement in the domestic stock market. If data is to be believed, BSE Sensex rose by 506.58 points to reach 77,662.37 in early trade. NSE Nifty rose 162.9 points to 23,512.80.

Here, among the 30 companies listed in the Sensex, shares of State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Tata Motors, Power Grid, Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv and Tech Mahindra were the biggest gainers.

According to the stock market data released here today, on Thursday, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) sold shares worth Rs 5,320.68 crore, apart from this, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) bought shares worth Rs 4,200.16 crore. Meanwhile, in Asian markets, South Korea's Kospi and Japan's Nikkei were in profit while Hong Kong's Hang Seng and China's Shanghai Composite were in loss.
The American market had closed with a positive trend on Thursday. International standard Brent crude stood at $ 74.42 per barrel with a gain of 0.26 percent.
