Nanhenlal Bind started placing straw on the disputed land on Wednesday, which was opposed by the other party. Both the parties came face to face regarding this issue. During this fight, Nanhenlal and his wife Manju Devi got injured.

Based on Nanhe Lal's complaint, the police registered a case against Tulsiram, Pinky Kusum and Asha under relevant sections. On the other hand, Kusum and her daughter Pinky were injured. Based on Kusum's complaint, the police registered a case against Nanhenlal and his wife Neeta under relevant sections. The injured were taken to Community Health Center Naupedwa for treatment.
