Today we are going to tell you how to make spinach paratha. Which you can include in breakfast. If children do not like to eat spinach greens, then you can give them spinach paratha for breakfast. So let's know its recipe.

Ingredients to make Spinach Paratha

2 cups wheat flour
Chopped spinach, one-fourth teaspoon turmeric powder,
One-fourth spoon garam masala,
Half spoon celery,
Half spoon cumin,
One inch grated ginger
2 finely chopped green chillies,
2 crushed garlic cloves
Salt

How to make Spinach Paratha

To make Spinach Paratha, first wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely. You can also use spinach by boiling it. Now in a big bowl, take 2 cups of wheat flour, chopped spinach, one-fourth spoon turmeric powder, one-fourth spoon garam masala, half spoon celery, half spoon cumin, one inch grated ginger, 2 finely chopped green chillies. Add 2 crushed garlic cloves and salt and knead well.

Keep adding water little by little and knead the dough till it becomes soft. If you are using boiled spinach, then squeeze out the extra water from the spinach and then add it to the flour and knead it. If there is still a need for water, then use the water squeezed from spinach accordingly.

Otherwise the dough will become too wet. While kneading the dough, you can also add a little ghee to it so that your spinach parathas become crispy. When the dough is kneaded, you have to cover it and leave it for about 15 minutes. By following this step the dough will set.

Now roll the paratha into your desired shape. Be careful that your paratha does not become too thin. Now heat the pan and spread some oil well. Place the paratha on the pan and cook it until it turns golden from both the sides. If you want, you can use ghee or butter instead of oil. Take hot spinach parathas are ready. You can serve spinach parathas with curd, butter, pickle or chutney.
