Ingredients for making rice pakoras
Rice flour – 1 cup
Chana dal – 1/4 cup
Urad dal – 1/4 cup
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Mustard – 1/4 tsp
Cumin – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Chopped green chillies – 2 teaspoons
Green Coriander – 2 tbsp
Desi Ghee – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make rice pakodas
To make delicious rice balls, first soak gram and urad dal in water in a vessel and keep it covered for 5-6 hours. – To make fare, add one cup water, 2 tablespoons ghee and half teaspoon salt in a vessel and boil it. When the water starts boiling, turn off the gas and add rice flour to it. – After this, cover the vessel and keep it aside, so that the dough swells properly.

Now put soaked gram and urad dal in the mixer and grind it coarsely and then take out the prepared paste in a bowl. After this, add ginger paste, green chilli, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, green coriander and salt as per taste to the dal paste and mix. After mixing all the ingredients well, the stuffing for Fara is ready.

Now take out the flour in a plate and prepare the dough by applying some ghee on your hands. If needed, two to three spoons of water can also be added to the flour. After kneading the dough, break it into small balls. – Now take a ball of dough and flatten it into a round shape and roll it into a round shape of Puri. – Now place some stuffing in the middle of the belly ball and fold one half and cover the stuffing. Similarly, prepare all the balls.

Now put 3-4 cups of water in a vessel and keep it to heat. After this, grease the sieve with oil and place it over a vessel with water. – Now keep placing the rice balls on the sieve at small distances. – After this, cover the sieve and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. After this, take them out in a plate. Similarly, steam all the furs. Delicious rice balls are ready. It can be eaten as breakfast or snacks.
