Ahilyanagar News:- The result of Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha 2024 election was announced today and the Mahayuthi won a resounding victory in the state and defeated the Mahavikas Aghadi. If we look at the characteristics of this election result, many senior leaders of Congress and other parties had to taste defeat in this election.
If we mainly consider the Ahilyanagar district, senior leaders like Balasaheb Thorat also lost from Sangamner assembly constituency and former Congress chief minister Prithviraj Chavan also had to taste defeat. In many constituencies, unexpected results came out.

Similarly, the candidate of Mahayuti from Ahilyanagar city assembly constituency Sangram Jagtap pulled Vijayshri with a margin of one lakh 17 thousand 332 votes and has completed the hat trick of becoming an MLA from this assembly constituency.
MLA Sangram Jagtap got 1 lakh 17 thousand 332 votes while his rival candidate Abhishek Kalamkar of Mahavikas Aghadi got 77 thousand 880 votes. Also, if we look at the postal votes, Sangram Jagtap got 950 votes and Kalamkar got 800 votes.
Today, the counting of votes for Nagar Shahr Vidhan Sabha Constituency was conducted in total 22 rounds at Vakhar Corporation MIDC. Ever since the counting of postal votes started, Sangram Jagtap took the lead and from the first round the number of votes increased and rival candidate Kalamkar could not stop his winning chariot. At the end of the 22nd round, Jagtap won with a record majority of 39 thousand 452 votes.
Will Sangram Jagtap get a ministerial opportunity?
MLA Sangram Jagtap, who won for the third time from Ahilyanagar city assembly constituency with a large margin, but his supporters are claiming that this time he will definitely get a ministerial opportunity and if that happens, Ahilyanagar city will get a ministerial opportunity after 1995
If we look at the previous history, then Mr. Anil Rathod got a chance to become a minister in the coalition government in the year 1995. Then directly in 2024 i.e. in the 21st century, if MLA Sangram Jagtap gets a hat-trick in this election, it will be important from the point of view of the city if he gets the ministerial post.
