God ki Barfi: Eating peanuts and jaggery is considered very good in cold weather. Its nature is hot, hence eating it brings warmth to the body. Its crust is made from peanuts and jaggery which is called chikki. We all eat it, but today we will make you peanut and jaggery barfi, which is delicious and also very easy to make. So let's know its recipe.

Material

  • Peanuts – 2 cups (roasted)
  • Jaggery – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 2-3 tbsp
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped almonds and cashews (for garnish)

God ki Barfi: Method

1- To make peanut barfi, first roast the peanuts. Then put it in the mixer and grind it finely but keep it a little coarse.

2- Keep in mind that the peanut powder should not be very fine, it should have a few particles. After this, add jaggery and milk in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

3- When the jaggery melts completely, add peanut powder in it. Keep in mind that keep stirring the jaggery continuously to melt it.

4- Also add ghee to the mixture of peanut powder and jaggery and mix it well.

5- After this, cook this mixture while stirring continuously until the mixture becomes thick. Now turn off the gas and add cardamom powder to the mixture.

6- Then grease a plate or barfi tray with desi ghee. After this, spread the mixture in a plate and smooth it with a spoon.

7- Garnish with chopped almonds and cashews. Now let the barfi cool completely and then cut the barfi into desired shapes.
