Dragon again played fox trick, after Pakistan this neighbor of India also became ‘pauper’, now PM Modi will take these steps against Jinping
China always keeps playing some trick or the other against India. For which Dragon takes maximum support from the neighboring countries of India. At the same time, these small countries easily get trapped in the fox mind of China. The result of which is very dangerous. Earlier we have seen how China has gradually ruined the economies of Sri Lanka, Maldives and Bangladesh. If we look at the current economic situation of Nepal, it is clear that the country is struggling with a serious trade deficit. A big reason for this is Nepal’s PM KP Sharma Oli’s love for China.
Nepal in serious trade deficit
Let us tell you that Nepal has suffered a trade loss of Rs 460 billion from July to November 2024. This deficit is mainly due to the imbalance between imports and exports. Nepal imported goods worth Rs 513.38 billion in these four months of the financial year, while its exports remained limited to only Rs 52.67 billion. This huge imbalance is the main cause of trade deficit. According to the official data of Customs Department, Nepal’s trade deficit reached Rs 460.71 billion in the first four months of the current financial year. According to the Customs Department, this time from July to mid-November, imports increased by 0.17 percent and exports increased by 4.16 percent as compared to last year.

KP Sharma Oli’s love for China
In fact, Nepal strengthened its relations with China under the leadership of its Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. Meanwhile, there is news that he is going to visit China once again. The Oli government signed the BRI (Belt and Road Initiative) agreement, which was opposed by India. Perhaps due to this reason Nepal has suffered economic losses. To reduce the trade deficit, Nepal will have to boost its export capabilities and reduce its dependence on imports. Also, it is important to maintain balanced trade and diplomatic relations with both China and India.
Trade with India affected
Let us tell you that Nepal’s trade relations with India have been greatly affected. Due to which there has been a loss of Rs 281 billion between the two. For example, between July and November this year alone, Nepal imported goods worth Rs 317 billion from India, mainly diesel (Rs 29.4 billion), petrol (Rs 21.56 billion) and LPG (Rs 18.85 billion). Whereas in return Nepal has given goods worth only Rs 36 billion to India.
