The film was released on fewer screens. Talking about the film's earnings, according to Sacknilk's data, 'I Want to Talk' collected Rs 25 lakh on the first day of its release and saw a slight increase on Saturday and Sunday. The film earned Rs 55 lakh on Saturday. The same 'I Want to Talk' collected Rs 50 lakh on the third day of its release i.e. Sunday. The total collection of the film so far has reached Rs 1.30 crore.
'I Want to Talk' is facing competition from Vikrant Massey's 'The Sabarmati Report' and 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' at the box office. Both the films are earning well. 'I Want to Talk' did not earn much in the opening weekend, but the makers are hopeful that the reviews and audience appreciation will boost the film's earnings.
