Turkey Gravy Recipe
Life Style: Delicious and flavorful turkey gravy is an essential part of Thanksgiving dinner, and you'll love this easy-to-make recipe. This gravy is made in the roasting pan after the turkey is cooked. The gravy is thickened by the flour cooked into the turkey drippings. Try it!
1/2 cup flour
2 pinches of ground black pepper
4 drops browning sauce
3 pinches of salt
2 cups turkey broth
Step 1
Once the turkey is cooked, set it aside. Cover the same roasting pan with a lid and keep it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. After some time, drops will start appearing on the inner wall of the lid. Transfer the turkey drippings from the roasting pan to a bowl, leaving the brown bits in the pan.

Now add flour to it.

Cook on medium flame and stir the mixture continuously until it becomes smooth. Boil it and keep stirring continuously for a minute or more.
Step 4
Now add a few drops of browning sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
