Mumbai Actor John Abraham is ready to enter the sports manufacturing sector. At the Indian Racing Festival 2024 in Coimbatore, John discussed his passion for motorsports, his team Goa Aces, the future of the sport in India, his manufacturing plans among other things. John revealed, Akhil Reddy, owner of RPPL (Racing Promotions Private Limited) contacted me and talked about it. I love promoting Formula 4. I love the concept and am happy to be a part of it.
On the future of motor sports in India, John said, I think India still has a long way to go in motor sports. It is a beautiful game. Every track has a run-off area. Motor sports are not as dangerous as our public roads. It's great to participate in a safe environment. Parents who want their children to participate in motor sports should be encouraged to do so.
Apart from this, he also mentioned his new business of making helmets. Regarding this he said, right now I am focusing on films and sports. I am also thinking about helmet manufacturing. I have been working on this project for the last one year. My goal is to emphasize safety. “I want my product to look good, but I also want people to understand the importance of properly maintaining their safety gear.”
