1/2 cup finely chopped onions (small onions)

2 teaspoons fennel seeds

1 pinch red chilli

2 cups vegetable broth

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

5 tbsp unsalted butter

1 1/2 teaspoon thyme

30 grams flour

2 cups milk

Step 1 Fry finely chopped onion and spices until fragrant

To make this delicious recipe, take a saucepan and melt butter in it. Add onions and sauté until they become transparent and soft. Then add red chilli, fennel seeds and thyme. On high flame, fry the mixture for another minute until aroma starts coming out.

Step 2 Prepare a roux for the gravy

Step 3 Add vegetable broth and let the mixture thicken to make gravy
