People protest peacefully in Pakistan

Imran Khan is lodged in Rawalpindi's Adiala Jail since last year. And according to the party, more than 200 cases have been registered against him. In fact, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said in his daily press conference on Monday that – we support freedom of expression, peaceful assembly and organization around the world, including Pakistan.

Let us tell you that Pakistan supports the right of people to protest peacefully. And led by Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa CM Ali Amin Gandapur and Khan's wife Bushra Bibi, the protesters on Sunday began their journey through the militancy-hit province with the aim of staging a sit-in at D-Chowk, located near several important government buildings. Along with this, due to the visit of a high level delegation of Belarus to Pakistan, the government had imposed section 144 and banned rallies there.
