Because Team India has reportedly refused to tour Pakistan for the Champions Trophy. In such a situation, according to media reports, ICC has decided to hold a board meeting to resolve this issue.
According to a report by ESPNcricinfo, the ICC is scheduled to hold a board meeting on Friday, November 29. The schedule of Champions Trophy is to be discussed in this meeting. The Champions Trophy is scheduled to begin in February 2025, but the official schedule is yet to be announced.
At the meeting all members may be asked to vote for the solution. The Board consists of representatives from the 12 Full Member States, three representatives from the Associates, the ICC President and the CEO along with an independent director.
