Ingredients for Dal Tomato Vegetable
10-12 small sized onions
two tomatoes
one capsicum
chilli powder
coriander powder
Garam masala half spoon
Oil
ginger-garlic paste
Kasuri fenugreek one spoon
three spoons of lentils
Turmeric
Coriander
Cumin
Oil
curd one third cup
Recipe for making lentil tomato curry
-First of all, peel a small onion in a vessel and cut it into two pieces.
-Similarly, cut all the capsicum into big square pieces.
-Now add well washed lentils into it and also add coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder etc. and mix. Add finely chopped coriander and kasoori methi.
-Now add oil to the pan and then crackle the cumin seeds.
-Now add prepared onion and tomato, fry, cover and cook for ten minutes.
-Add curd and salt, stir and leave to cook for ten minutes. Within some time, all the vegetables will be cooked and the tasty lentil tomato onion curry is ready. Serve it hot with roti or paratha.
