Speed limit changed on Yamuna and Noida Expressway, will be implemented from December 15. If you go above this, you will be issued a challan.

It said that speed limits have been imposed on Noida and Yamuna Expressways to ensure the safety of commuters. In fact, this decision has been taken after two major accidents occurred in the last 24 hours.
The ban has been imposed in view of fog and low visibility
It has been informed that speed limit has been imposed in view of fog and low visibility. Light vehicles have been allowed to move at a speed of 75 kilometers per hour. This speed limit will be applicable on both the expressways for light vehicles.
Talking about heavy vehicles, movement of vehicles has been allowed at a speed of 50 kilometers per hour on Noida Expressway and 60 kilometers per hour on Yamuna Expressway. This speed limit will be applicable from December 15 to February 15.
After breaking these speed limits, you will have to pay a challan of Rs 2000 per speed jump. All the speed cameras installed on the route will now inform the office about this new limit.
