My brother considers dropping out of university after inheriting a house worth nearly $800K

My brother is currently a third-year university student in Ho Chi Minh City, known for his introverted yet effective communication style and mature outlook on life.
In October, our uncle summoned us back to our hometown to transfer the house’s ownership, making us co-own it. I was preoccupied and trusted my brother to handle the matter alone. We later agreed to let our uncle reside in the house until his passing before we consider selling it and equally splitting the proceeds.
For the past seven years, my brother has regularly followed economic news and other societal issues online. When asked why he doesn’t partake in typical youthful activities, he stated they no longer interest him. He is also notably thrifty. From a young age, he saved his lucky money and breakfast funds, often eating leftovers instead of buying breakfast.
He initially pursued international business enthusiastically but has lost passion for it over three years, especially after our father’s death during his studies. He has now developed a keen interest in finance, particularly the stock market. In 2021, after educating himself on the topic, he invested all his savings in the stock market and has since profited VND100 million.
Given our recent inheritance, my brother is uncertain about continuing his university education. What advice should I offer him regarding his situation?
