'Gaza' is over! Now Israel's ceasefire with Hezbollah, Biden happy, Netanyahu said – it is not good if the deal is broken

Beirut: Whereas late last Tuesday night, Israel's War Cabinet gave the necessary approval to the ceasefire deal between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon for 60 days. There was a cabinet meeting regarding this. However, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has already approved the ceasefire plan. US President Joe Biden has now called this ceasefire as 'good news'.

Let us inform you that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced that he will send a proposal for a ceasefire with Hezbollah to his Cabinet for approval, which will set the stage for an end to the almost 14-month-long fighting. However, it was not immediately clear when the ceasefire would take effect and the exact terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The agreement will have no impact on Israel's war against Hamas in Gaza, which shows no signs of ending.

How long will the ceasefire last?

However, Netanyahu also said that he is ready to make necessary agreements with Lebanon, but if Hezbollah commits any kind of violation, he will give a strong response to it. Netanyahu said that he will present the ceasefire agreement to his entire cabinet in the evening. At the same time, Netanyahu also clearly said that how long this ceasefire will last, how long it will be, depends on what happens next in Lebanon. If Hezbollah violates the ceasefire agreement, we will also attack vigorously.

After all, why ceasefire now?

In this regard, Israeli PM Netanyahu made it clear that, There are 3 big reasons behind this

  • focus on iran
  • Rest to the army and replenishment of exhausted weapons.
  • The most important reason is Hamas. Netanyahu clearly says that Iran and Hezbollah were helping Hamas in the war. The ceasefire will leave Hamas alone and isolated.

Please note that Hezbollah started attacking Israel on October 8, 2023, the next day after Hamas attacked Southern Israel. Later, in September this year, Israel carried out rapid air strikes on Lebanon and the Israeli army entered the southern part of Lebanon for aggressive action.
