Now, until the new Chief Minister is sworn in, Shinde will remain the acting CM. However, if media reports are to be believed, Devendra Fadnavis's name has been finalized for the post of CM.
These leaders can become Deputy CM
If Fadnavis becomes CM then again two Deputy CMs will be made. Either Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar become Deputy CMs or both the leaders put forward the name of an MLA from their respective parties. Sources say that all three parties will form a committee to decide the agenda of the new government, which will be headed by Eknath Shinde.

MVA can appoint leader of opposition
