- Almonds: 1/2 cup
- Cashews: 1/2 cup
- Pistachios: 1/4 cup
- Seedless dates: 1 cup

- Mix seeds: 2 tbsp
Steps to prepare:
- First, make sure to chop all the dry fruits into small pieces.
