To make gram dal laddu, first of all take about 1 cup of roasted gram dal. If you do not have gram dal then you can also use gram sattu. Apart from this, you can also take roasted unpeeled gram.

We are taking chana dal and will roast it on medium flame till it turns brown. Take out the dal, cool it and in the same pan add 1 spoon of desi ghee and fry half a cup of peanuts. Now add one-fourth cup cashew nuts, one-fourth cup almonds, one-fourth cup makhana in the pan and fry them.

Take out the dry fruits after roasting. Now roast one-fourth cup pumpkin seeds and one-fourth cup flax seeds in a pan. Take out all the ingredients and grind the roasted lentils into a fine powder in a mixer. In this mixer, grind all the dry fruits and seeds coarsely.

Now put one-third cup of desi ghee in the pan and add half cup of wheat flour in it and fry it. When the flour is roasted, add ground gram powder to it. When a light roasting aroma comes, add raisins, cranberries and raisins and fry.

When the raisins swell, add 1 cup finely ground jaggery and mix. Keep the gas flame very slow till the jaggery melts. Now add dry fruits powder to it and mix. Turn off the gas and let everything cool down slightly. Now start making laddus quickly from this prepared batter. After cooling, it becomes difficult to make laddus.
