Milk should not be consumed with ladyfinger

One should avoid drinking milk after eating lady finger. Both okra and milk contain calcium, but okra also contains oxalate along with calcium. Together these two form calcium oxalate, which can cause kidney stones.

Do not consume bitter gourd and ladyfinger together

One should also avoid eating bitter gourd and ladyfinger together. Both these things are heavy to digest. In such a situation, if you are already suffering from digestive problems then avoid consuming ladyfinger and bitter gourd together.
