While talking to the media on Wednesday, he said that I never consider myself the Chief Minister. I always consider myself a common man. Shinde said that I had called Prime Minister Narendra Modi. I told him that there will be no problem from our side regarding the Chief Minister. We will have full cooperation.

This statement of Shinde has ended the crisis regarding the new government amid the ongoing tussle over the post of Chief Minister within the Mahayuti in Maharashtra. Maharashtra elections were fought on the face of Eknath Shinde. But when BJP got the maximum of 132 seats in the grand alliance, the tussle over the CM continued. Now Eknath Shinde himself has announced that he is ready to accept every decision of BJP.
Caretaker Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said, “The Central and State governments together will move forward and will definitely establish a Mahayuti government… Yesterday I also spoke to the PM and said that there is no hindrance from our side in forming the government. You take the decision, whatever final decision BJP takes, that decision will be implemented. The senior BJP leaders who will take the decision regarding the post of Chief Minister and the BJP candidate will have our full support.” “Tomorrow there will be a meeting of our three parties with Home Minister Amit Shah and there will be a detailed discussion in it and after that a decision will be taken…”
Eknath Shinde said, “Today I thank all the voters for the victory that Mahayuti achieved in our state. This is an unprecedented victory…I never considered myself a Chief Minister. CM means common man. I worked as a worker…we tried to bring a change in the lives of the common people…now our responsibility has increased further…” “I have always worked as a worker.
