Sean Abbott could not stop tears, could not forget the killer bouncer even after 10 years

November 27, 2014 is a date which no cricket fan in the world will forget because on this day world cricket lost a promising cricketer on the field itself. Yes, we are talking about the late Australian cricketer Phil Hughes, who exactly 10 years ago fell after getting injured by a bouncer from Australian fast bowler Sean Abbott and was declared dead in the hospital two days later.

Today, exactly 10 years after this incident, when the fourth day's play between New South Wales and Tasmania was about to start at the Sydney Cricket Ground, before that, tribute was paid to the late Phil Hughes and during this, fast bowler Sean Abbott was honored with his 10 years ago. He remembered that deadly bouncer that was bowled and he could not stop his tears.

A video of his has now surfaced in which it can be seen that when he is standing with his teammates and paying tribute to Hughes, he is unable to control his tears, which shows that he still remembers that killer bouncer. He probably holds himself responsible to some extent for Hughes's death. You can watch this heartbreaking video below. During the minute's silence, Sean Abbott was clearly emotional, with teammates placing their hands on his shoulders to console him.

Phil Hughes played 26 Test matches for Australia, scoring 1,535 runs at an average of 32. After making his international debut in 2009, he also played 25 ODIs and one T20 match.
