It is the Constitution that makes the executive, legislature and judiciary aware of their duties: Ajit Singh Babban
Hardoi – At the district office of the Bharatiya Janata Party, District President Ajit Singh Babban along with officials and workers garlanded the photo of the creator of the Indian Constitution, Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar and the Indian Constitution on the occasion of Constitution Day. On this occasion, District President Ajit Singh Babban said that the Constitution of India is the largest and written constitution in the world, which makes citizens an empowered citizen by explaining their constitutional rights as well as their duties. The Constitution makes citizens aware of their duties through fundamental duties. The purpose of the laws made in the country is also to protect the fundamental rights of the general public. The Constitution is the source of origin of law.
The Constitution also gives a sense of duty to the executive, legislature and judiciary that govern the country. He said that due to the availability of internet and digitalization, today knowledge has easily reached every person. Taking advantage of this, all of us Indian citizens must study the Constitution. So that no one can mislead us with misleading facts. This will make us aware of our constitutional rights and understand our duties towards the nation when we read the Constitution.
Said that the Constitution is considered the most sacred text for running the country. The BJP government led by Modi and Yogi is moving forward by tying the country together by following the path shown by the holy book of Baba Saheb Ambedkar. Said that during the Congress rule, the Gandhi family tried to remain in power by ignoring constitutional values. The Emergency imposed in 1975 is an infamous stain on the history of the country.
Said that President's rule comes under the ambit of constitutional rights under Section 356, but Congress misused it too. President's rule has been imposed 124 times during the rule of Congress, out of which eight times were imposed during the tenure of Jawaharlal Nehru as Prime Minister and 50 times during the tenure of Indira Gandhi. In 1980, majority governments were dismissed in nine states within just three days. This shows how Congress has torn apart the Constitution made by Baba Saheb to crush democracy. Today, to save his political existence, MP from the same family, Rahul Gandhi is spreading false propaganda that the Constitution is in danger. But history cannot be forgotten, the public has come to know the reality. The result of which was given by the public opinion in the elections.
