'KL Rahul will make Delhi win IPL' DC co-owner has full confidence

Last season, LSG's performance was poor and the team finished in tenth place. After this, news of rift between Rahul and the franchise also came to light. But now Rahul's joining opens the door to new opportunities for Delhi Capitals.
'Class player is always class player'
Parth Jindal said, “KL is a great player. His consistency in every season has been amazing. Kotla ground will be excellent for his batting. If there are any two grounds that KL would like to choose as their home ground, it would be RCB's Chinnaswamy and Delhi's Kotla. Both are short grounds and fit their style. There has been a lot of discussion on KL's strike rate, but I believe that a class player is always a class player.
'The first choice was Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer'
Jindal also told that his first choice was Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer, but due to teams with big budgets, he could not get these players. He said, “Our first choice in the auction strategy was Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer. But Punjab, LSG and RCB had more money than us. After this we chose KL.”
'Rahul will make Delhi win IPL'
Promising to provide the right environment to the former LSG captain, Jindal said, “I have known KL for a long time. He performs better with love and respect. I will give them that love and respect. I hope he will flourish in our environment and win the IPL for Delhi.”
