Make delicious cauliflower parathas in this way
As soon as the winter season arrives, the fun of eating and drinking doubles. Hot parathas, especially cauliflower parathas, are everyone's favorite in this season. Material:
1. Flour – 2 cups
2. Cabbage (grated) – 1 cup
3. Ginger (grated) – 1 teaspoon
4. Green chilli (finely chopped) – 1-2
5. Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 2 teaspoons
6. Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
7. Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
8. Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
9. Salt – as per taste
10. Ghee or oil – for baking parathas
Method:
Step 1: Knead the dough
First of all, take flour in a big vessel and add little water to it and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Stuffing
• Take grated cabbage in a bowl.
• Add ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt and mix well.
• Make sure that there is not much water in the stuffing, otherwise the paratha may tear while rolling.
Step 3: Roll out the paratha
1. Make small balls of the dough.
2. Take a ball and roll it lightly.
3. Place the cabbage stuffing in the middle and close it by folding it from all sides.
4. Now roll it out gently with the help of a rolling pin.
Step 4: Bake the Paratha
• Heat the pan and put the rolled paratha on it.
• Bake until light golden on both sides.
• Apply ghee or oil and make it crisp and golden from both the sides.
Step 5: Serve
Hot cauliflower parathas are ready. Serve these with curd, butter, or pickle and enjoy winter mornings.
