Elon Musk launches Direct-to-Cell technology, calling will happen without SIM and network, smartphone will connect directly to satellite
New Delhi. Tesla owner Elon Musk's Starlink satellite internet service is going to be launched in India soon. Earlier, Elon Musk has introduced a new type of direct-to-cell technology. Through this technology, the user's cellphone i.e. mobile will be directly connected to the satellite. For this, no specific hardware or software will be required in the users' mobile phones. Through this technology, users will be able to access calling and text message services without a SIM card.

Starlink's satellite internet service is completely different from other service providers and provides superfast internet access to users with low latency through lower orbit. This Direct-to-Sale Technology will provide better connectivity to users' devices.

What is Direct-to-Cell Technology?
