These people were advised to eat 3 grams of cardamom every day after meals for ten weeks. This study revealed that cardamom is useful in reducing blood sugar level. For this, a sugar patient must eat at least 3 grams of cardamom after eating his daily meal. This keeps the blood sugar level under control.
