Mumbai: India's official entry 'Missing Ladies' directed by Kiran Rao has been knocked out of the Oscar race. The film, which was the official entry in the Best International Feature category at the 97th Academy Awards, did not even make it to the final 15 films. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) announced the film's exit.
