1 cup wheat flour

2 tablespoons curd
2 tablespoons of oil

1/2 tsp celery
a pinch of asafoetida
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1-2 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 inch ginger

method of making
To make missi roti, first take wheat flour in a bowl.
After this, add gram flour, curd, oil, salt and water and knead a soft dough.
Keep in mind that while kneading the dough, keep it neither too hard nor too soft. After this, cover the dough and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds in it. When cumin seeds crackle.
Then add onion, green chilli and ginger-garlic paste and fry.
Now add celery, asafoetida, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and kasuri methi and mix it well.
Which will enhance the taste. Then take the kneaded dough and make small balls.
Now roll out each ball with the help of a rolling pin and apply the prepared masala on it.
