-Similarly if you smoke too much. So pay attention to that also. Because due to smoking you do not eat or drink anything, which has a deep impact on your health. And constipation also comes under it. So ban smoking.
-Eat plenty of fiber rich fruits and vegetables. It does not allow constipation to persist in the body.
-Do a walk or workout for one hour so that the digestion of the body gets done properly and you can remain healthy.
