Rajma Chaat: Prepare this spicy dish in minutes

Rajma Chaat: If you want to have nutritious food as a snack then Rajma Chaat is the perfect choice. After eating this, one does not feel hungry for 3-4 hours.
Ingredients

Boiled Rajma – 2 cups

Boiled potatoes – 2-3

Onion – 2

Green chilli chopped – 2-3

Tomato – 1

Chaat masala – 1 tsp

Black pepper powder – 1 tsp

Black salt – 1 tsp

Green coriander leaves chopped – 1/2 cup

Lemon – 1

Salt – as per taste

Recipe

– First of all, take kidney beans and boil them until they become soft. After this, chop onion and tomato finely.

Now take potatoes, boil them and cut them and put them in a mixing bowl.

Now add boiled kidney beans to it and mix both the ingredients well.

After this, add finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped onion and finely chopped green chillies to Rajma Chaat and mix well.

– After mixing all the ingredients well for some time, first add one spoon of chaat masala in Rajma Chaat and mix.

– After this add black salt and plain salt and mix both well with Rajma Chaat.

Now cut the lemon and extract lemon juice in a bowl and add it to the Rajma Chaat with the help of a spoon.

– You can add lemon juice as per your taste. After mixing everything well, finally add finely chopped coriander to the Rajma Chaat.
