bike news desk, Kawasaki has launched the new Ninja 1100SX in India. The company has kept its starting ex-showroom price at Rs 13,49,000. This sports tourer motorcycle has a big engine of 1,099cc. It has been brought to India in place of Ninja 1000SX. Before its closure in March 2024, it was worth around Rs 12.19 lakh. Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX has a 1,099 cc, liquid-cooled, inline-4 engine, which generates 136 PS power and 113 Nm torque. Its engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and slip-and-assist clutch. It is also provided with 5th and 6th gear, which the rider can use during highway riding. Due to which they will get better riding experience.
Features
The Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX features a 4.3-inch TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity via the Rideology app. The console also has 2 display modes. It has been given an updated bi-directional quickshifter, which will increase low-end performance as well as give better mileage. It has three-level traction control, full and low power mode, electronic cruise control and four ride modes – Sport, Road, Rain or rider is also given. It also has a Type C charging port. It has a twin-tube aluminum frame. It also features a 41 mm inverted fork with compression and rebound damping and preload adjustability, as well as a gas-charged monoshock with rebound damping and preload adjustability.

The Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX is fitted with a 300 mm dual front disc and a 260 mm rear disc, with dual-channel ABS as standard. The front and rear wheels of the bike are 17-inch, which come with 120-section front and 190-section rear tubeless tyres. It has a fuel tank of 19 liters, seat height of 820mm, ground clearance of 135mm and curb weight of 238kg.

Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX has been launched in India at a price of Rs 13,49,000, ex-showroom. In India, it will compete with Ducati SuperSport 950, Suzuki Katana and BMW F900 XR. This motorcycle also comes in the same price.
